Whether projects come to light as a result of our district audit process or are prompted by a request from an individual school’s governing body, all projects end up as individual school projects, carried out at a local level.
We work with all types of schools: community and foundation, VA and VC, primary schools, lower, middle and upper schools, secondary schools, special schools and academies.
Projects can be large or small. For example, at one end of the scale the aim of a project might be to fund a replacement for a mobile classroom or, perhaps, to replace some outdated administration areas or school reception. Alternatively, at the other end of the scale, some projects can generate enough funds to provide complete new schools, possibly even on new sites.
Uniquely, we provide a complete package of the specialist skills needed to exploit this resource on behalf of LEAs, individual schools and their communities. In particular, we have extensive experience in dealing with the sensitive matters that can be associated with school projects, such as:
- Stakeholder communication and feedback
- Disposal of playing fields
- DCSF consents (S77, Sch 22, etc)
- Sport England requirements
- Local Authority sport and leisure policy
- Community sharing agreements
